Reductase
expression
is
a
potential
indicator
of
cellular
pathology.
Single-detection
systems
for
reductases
have
been
developed,
however,
the
development
dual-detection
remain
largely
unexplored.
We
rationally
designed
dual-lock
fluorescent
probe
that
exhibited
high
signal-to-noise
ratio
with
fluorescence
Off-On
response
exclusively
simultaneous
activity
two
reductases,
NTR
and
hNQO1,
which
are
overexpressed
in
cancer
hypoxia.
The
system
comprised
naphthalimide
fluorophore
control
mediated
by
PET
ICT,
trimethyl-locked
quinone
group
sensitive
to
nitrobenzyl
carbamate
NTR.
This
study
employed
hypoxia
model
HeLa
cells
demonstrate
our
developed
detected
more
effectively
than
single-detection
systems.
Moreover,
it
enabled
noninvasive
real-time
monitoring
zebrafish
embryos.
Consequently,
probe,
strategically
provides
only
when
both
NQO1
active,
offers
novel
diagnostic
platform
vitro
vivo
applications,
detecting
various
pathological
states.
