Abstract Background Precise diagnosis and rapid treatment for acute complex intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) are crucial. The neurosurgical hybrid operating platform integrates traditional open neurosurgery room functionalities with endovascular therapy capabilities is developing in the practice. However, its effect on emergent complicated neurovascular cases needs pilot exploration. Methods In this prospective study, a total of 103 both spontaneous non-spontaneous ICH were consecutively recruited between June 2019 2023. Demographic data, including age, gender distribution, types hemorrhage, collected. Surgical interventions tailored based DSA, hemorrhages. Functional outcomes assessed using modified Rankin Scale (mRS) preoperatively postoperatively. Results Over study period from to 2023, cohort underwent emergency surgical utilizing E-HOPE platform. Among these cases, 88 classified as ICH, while 15 non-spontaneous. mean age at entire was 54.0 ± 3.7 years, slight predominance male patients. Spontaneous encompassed diverse spectrum etiologies, arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, fistulas, cavernous moyamoya disease, cryptogenic address specific pathology. Notably, improvements mRS scores observed majority some patients experiencing stabilization or deterioration Non-spontaneous ( n = 15) primarily iatrogenic 13) due tumors adjacent internal carotid artery, necessitating stent graft deployment. approaches, deployment middle meningeal artery embolization, effective managing cases. ABSTRACT Background Vascular dementia (VaD) includes a group of brain disorders that are characterized by cerebrovascular pathology.Neuroinflammation, disruption the blood–brain barrier (BBB) permeability, white matter lesions, and neuronal loss all significant pathological manifestations VaD play key role in disease progression. Necroptosis, also known asprogrammed necrosis, is mode programmed cell death distinct from apoptosis closely associated with ischemic injury neurodegenerative diseases. Recent studies have shown necroptosis exacerbates BBB destruction, activates neuroinflammation, promotes loss, severely affects prognosis. Results Conclusions In this review, we outline roles its molecular mechanisms process VaD, particular focus on modulating neuroinflammation exacerbating permeability elaborate regulatory centrally involved cells mediated tumor necrosis factor‐α VaD. We analyze possibility specific strategy targeting would help inhibit destruction With necroptosis, study delved into impact changes prognosis to provide new treatment ideas.

Periodontitis is one of the most prevalent oral diseases leading to tooth loss in adults, and characterized by destruction periodontal supporting structures. Traditional therapies for periodontitis cannot achieve ideal regeneration tissue. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) represent a promising approach tissue regeneration. Recently, prominent role MSCs this context has been attributed microRNAs (miRNAs), which participate post-transcriptional regulation are crucial various physiological pathological processes. Additionally, they function as indispensable elements extracellular vesicles, protect them from degradation. In periodontitis, MSCs-derived miRNAs play pivotal cellular proliferation differentiation, angiogenesis tissues, regulating autophagy, providing anti-apoptotic effects, mediating inflammatory microenvironment. As cell-free strategy, their small size ability target related sets genes regulate signaling networks predispose become candidates This review aims introduce summarize potential functions mechanisms repair
