Abstract
Cancer-associated
fibroblasts
(CAFs)
are
the
predominant
components
of
tumor
microenvironment
(TME)
and

systematic
investigation
on
their
ubiquitous
characteristics
across
different
types.
Here,
we
perform
pan-cancer
analysis
226
samples

types
to
profile
TME
at
single-cell
resolution,
