Background Chronic diseases, including cardiovascular diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cerebrovascular contribute to the most significant disease burden worldwide, negatively impacting patients their family members. People with diseases have common modifiable behavioral risk factors, smoking, alcohol overconsumption, unhealthy diets. Digital-based interventions for promoting sustaining changes flourished in recent years, although evidence of cost-effectiveness such remains inconclusive. Objective In this study, we aimed investigate digital health among people diseases. Methods This systematic review evaluated published studies focused on economic evaluation tools change adults We followed Population, Intervention, Comparator, Outcomes framework retrieve relevant publications from 4 databases: PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science. used Joanna Briggs Institute’s criteria randomized controlled trials assess bias studies. Two researchers independently screened, assessed quality, extracted data selected review. Results total, 20 between 2003 2021 fulfilled our inclusion criteria. All were conducted high-income countries. These telephones, SMS text messaging, mobile apps, websites as behavior communication. Most diet nutrition (17/20, 85%) physical activity (16/20, 80%), a few smoking tobacco control (8/20, 40%), reduction (6/20, 30%), salt intake (3/20, 15%). care payer perspective analysis, only 15% (3/20) societal perspective. Only 45% (9/20) full evaluation. (7/20, 35%) based 30% (6/20) partial found be cost-effective cost-saving. had short follow-ups failed include proper indicators evaluation, quality-adjusted life-years, disability-adjusted lack discounting, sensitivity analysis. Conclusions Digital are settings can therefore scaled up. Similar low- middle-income countries properly designed is urgently required. A needed provide robust potential scaling up wider population. Purpose The healthcare system in the Philippines has insufficient patient and personnel management, inefficient inventory systems disorganized medical record-keeping, contributing to unsatisfactory care. This occurrence calls for a centralized database, like enterprise resource planning (ERP) that manage efficiently. study utilized partial least squares-based structural equation modeling random forest classifier (RFC) identify factors influencing adoption of ERP secondary institutions. Design/methodology/approach proposed an extended unified theory acceptance use technology framework integrated with valence model define behavioral intention behavior systems. A self-administered online survey was answered by 250 stakeholders voluntarily. Findings Effort expectancy, performance expectancy social influence result very high intention, leading systems, while facilitating conditions innovativeness information led significance. Price value perceived benefits are significant factors. RFC proven reliable predicting factors, accuracy 96%, indicating can be used future research examine different facilities. Originality/value There yet covers Philippines, let alone its adoption. Since is relatively present certain period time, among facilities not been covered Philippines. first decipher understand practical implications.

Purpose This study aims to investigate how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted growth of FinTech within Jordanian context. Specifically, it examines antecedent factors influencing users’ intentions adopt and use services during this unprecedented period. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research method approach with partial least squares-structural equation modelling was used test proposed model. Findings The results structural path revealed that drivers behavioural are perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, vulnerability, subjective norms, severity, certainty resistance these explain 79.5% variance intention. Research limitations/implications identifies key for acceptance in Jordan, offering actionable insights policymakers service providers. Building user trust technology (security, effectiveness transparency) is crucial, alongside leveraging social influence (testimonials, endorsements) boosting awareness/knowledge through campaigns educational initiatives. study’s generalizability limited by its sample, drawn from three regions dominated potential users. Comparing actual perceptions, including users diverse contexts (e.g. other developing countries), could address this. In addition, using qualitative methods exploring indirect relationships (mediating/moderating) would provide richer into Jordan. Originality/value While prior explored adoption, studies conducted makes several contributions. Firstly, specifically trends post-COVID-19 era a period marked accelerated digital transformation evolving behaviours. Secondly, extends existing models adoption incorporating “perceived privacy, value, use”, addition established usefulness ease use”. expanded model provides more holistic understanding barriers Finally, empirical evidence market, valuable financial institutions seeking promote inclusion economy undergoing rapid change. focus on post-pandemic context, combined extended theoretical model, offers novel contribution literature.

The objectives of this review were to map and summarize the existing evidence from a global perspective about inequity in access delivery virtual care interventions identify strategies that may be adopted by services address these inequities. We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL using both medical subject headings (MeSH) free-text keywords for empirical studies exploring ambulatory offered virtually. Forty-one included, most them cross-sectional design. Included extracted customized extraction tool, descriptive analysis was performed. identified widespread differences accessing among cultural ethnic minorities, older people, socioeconomically disadvantaged groups, people with limited digital and/or health literacy, those devices good connectivity. Potential solutions addressing barriers included having digitally literate caregivers present during appointments, conducting appointments culturally sensitive manner, focus on enhancing patients' literacy. evidence-based practices ensure equity their patients.

Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) has recently been used to replace the TWB (traditional whiteboard), with many of its features being observed help teachers in educational activities. This is based on effectively and efficiently increasing teacher-student interaction. Therefore, this study aims analyze determinants Behavioral Intention (BI) use interactive whiteboards by K-12 teachers, remote rural Chinese areas. The Modified-Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model was analysis, as a learning medium deliver subject matter students. sample population were also Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, where 171 voluntary respondents participated study. Furthermore, obtained data processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach, through Smart-PLS software. results showed that Habit Hedonic Motivation had significant influence toward utilization IWB Besides this, Facilitating Conditions (FCs) BI positive effect Usage Behavior. Based these results, important information provided school principals, local governments, for education quality improvement, regarding patterns

Because healthcare systems in developing nations are underfunded and unequal, practitioners must understand how telemedicine may be widely introduced sustained. Unfortunately, adoption receives less attention there is limited knowledge regarding the interfering influence of patient engagement, satisfaction, individual innovativeness. Consequentially, current study seeks to investigate factors that patients’ behavioral intentions toward telemedicine, while acknowledging engagement satisfaction as mediators personal innovativeness a moderator. A questionnaire instrument was used reach users Bangladesh, finally, 305 samples were curated explored applying structural equation modeling AMOS software. The empirical results show information quality, performance expectancy, strong stimulators intention whereas functionality, expectancy drive engagement. One worthy findings this play significant mediating function, plays moderating role, influencing telemedicine. Confirming moderator adds originality research, overall will help reduce bias prejudice among marginalized people countries like Bangladesh.
