However, the role HL in Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has not been studied using provincial representative data among Chinese residents. This study aimed to assess association between COVID-19 awareness Zhejiang residents based on 2020 China Literacy Survey (CHLS).The was conducted 5,596 aged 15-69 multistage, stratified, probability proportional size sampling. were assessed "Chinese Citizen Questionnaire (2020)" Zhejiang. The covariates divided into predisposing factors, enabling need factors according Anderson's model. Data analyzed by chi-square test logistic regression. The showed that levels 24.84% 8.06%, respectively, 2020. After adjusting for covariates, with adequate more likely have better (odds ratio [OR] = 5.22, 95% CI 4.13-6.59, p < 0.001).
