Many countries have recognized the significance of religious tourist destinations and actively included them into tourism systems. This study took pilgrimage route on Mount Miaofeng, a famous sacred place in northern China, as research site to comprehensively understand visitors’ on-site experience when walking along it. The visitor-employed photography technique, supplemented by questionnaire survey, was used explore preferences for landscape elements spatial sequences. were identified eight categories (including vegetation, symbol, mountain, route, human, village, temple fair, facility), sequences photos divided containing views at close, middle, remote distances. Visitors classified three types: those motivated purposes, recreational multiple purposes. It concluded that visitors normally preferred vegetative symbol categories, they take with close distance (with cultural aesthetic significance) human settlements. different purposes showed patterns landscapes which are consistent their travel motivations. contributed an in-depth interpretation people-place relationships enrichment motivation theory, it could provide valuable references conservation, management, planning destinations.

Purpose This study aims to explore and evaluate how sociodemographic, psychographic situational factors jointly determine the satisfaction expenditure of sports tourists, two key variables for sustainability development sport tourism. Design/methodology/approach To meet objective study, structural equation modelling was applied data collected through a face-to-face survey 520 tourists practising outdoor in Valle del Jerte region (Cáceres, Spain) during months March April 2024. Findings The findings revealed that older higher income experienced levels with sporting activities. Specifically, young women high educational economic level were found have highest destination. Furthermore, it confirmed authenticity, distance water activities had positive impact on visitor satisfaction, tourist influenced by local connection all sociodemographic considered. Originality/value analysis contributes tourism literature combining different typologies into single model incorporating behaviour as dependent variable type activity factor affecting expenditure. approach expands existing knowledge providing more comprehensive view effect tourism, allowing destination managers design effective strategies optimise tourists.

This study focused on pilgrimages as part of religious tourism and aimed to achieve the following objectives: identify main motivational factors pilgrimages; analyze dimensions that predict satisfaction in loyalty pilgrimages. The was conducted during pilgrimage Virgin Chaguaya Bolivia. sample consisted 384 tourists who were surveyed on-site. statistical techniques used included factor analysis multiple regression. results revealed four dimensions: Tourism Escape, Religious Experience, Belief Shopping. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın kapsam itibariyle katılımcılara yöneltilen sorular farklı başlıklar altında toplanmıştır. Katılımcılardan objektif olarak kendilerini Aleviliği tanımlamaları istenerek insanların sosyal hayatta birbirine karşı yerine getirmesi gereken sorumlulukların ne olmasına dair düşünceleri alınmıştır. Akabinde Yılına ilişkin farkındalıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde veriler Maxquda programında edilerek sonucuna göre katılımcıların inancı doğrultusunda barış, sevgi saygı bilincinde olduğu, birlik-beraberlik algılarının öğretileri örtüştüğü kanısına varılmıştır. Bununla birlikte farkındalıklarının yüksek olduğu edilirken, yönelik yapılan reklam tanıtım faaliyetlerinin yetersiz kaldığı ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
