The widespread adoption of technology-based assessments during the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated concerns about digital divide, given global disparities in access, connectivity, and coping strategies. This systematic review was intended to assess how use affected education system's functioning pre-college education, compared traditional assessments. It covered 34 countries from full-text English sources 2018–2022. The primary aim of this study is to determine the teachers' Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) their implementation capacity for distance learning. Specifically, paper intends design a capability-building enhancement program basic education science teachers implement used descriptive-correlational research involving 35 elementary high school from Southwest District Bayugan City Division. It employed frequency, percentages, weighted mean, Pearson's r data analysis. revealed that most had received less training in ICT. Compared other TPACK domains, participants lowest technological knowledge (TK) level regarding digital technologies.
