Cardiac fibrosis plays an indispensable role in cardiac tissue homeostasis and repair after myocardial infarction (MI). The fibroblast-to-myofibroblast differentiation extracellular matrix collagen deposition are the hallmarks of fibrosis, which modulated by multiple signaling pathways various types cells time-dependent manners. Our understanding development MI has evolved basic clinical researches, regulation fibrotic remodeling may facilitate novel diagnostic therapeutic strategies, finally improve outcomes. Here, we aim to elaborate pathophysiology, examination intervention MI.

Abstract Psoriasis is a common immune‐mediated inflammatory skin disease, caused by disturbed interactions between keratinocytes and immune cells. Chinese medicine shows potential clinical application for its treatment. Liquiritin flavone compound extracted from licorice antitussive, antioxidant antiinflammatory effects, therefore may have as psoriasis therapeutic. The aim of this work was to examine the possible roles that liquiritin in treating psoriasis. HaCaT cells were stimulated TNF‐α with or without liquiritin, harvested analysis western blots RT‐qPCR, cellular supernatants collected analyzed ELISA cytokines. In addition, 4 groups mice examined: Normal, Vehicle, LQ‐L LQ‐H. sacrificed after 6 days using IHC, ELISA, RT‐qPCR flow cytometry. results showed could significantly inhibit progression both vitro vivo. strongly suppressed proliferation but did not affect cell viability. Moreover, alleviated imiquimod‐induced psoriasis‐like inflammation accumulation Th17 DCs TNF‐α‐induced keratinocytes, protein mRNA expression levels cytokines sharply decreased. mice, activation NF‐κB AP‐1 reduced treatment liquiritin. Collectively, our show might act pivotal regulator via modulating signal pathways.

Ischemic strokes (ISs) are commonly treated by intravenous thrombolysis using a recombinant tissue plasminogen activator; however, successful treatment can only occur within 3 hours after the stroke. Therefore, it is crucial to determine causes and underlying molecular mechanisms, identify biomarkers for early diagnosis, develop precise preventive treatments strokes. We aimed clarify differences in gene expression, drug prediction approaches between IS myocardial infarction (MI) comprehensive bioinformatics analysis.
