During the current pandemic, pattern of activity, lifestyle, and sleep quality students at school level has changed due to Covid 19 outbreak which required reduce their activities outside home. The purpose this study was find out physical body mass index (BMI), patterns Junior High School (SMP) Senior (SMA) Kediri City District. This uses quantitative qualitatively described methods. subjects are 548 participants in Instruments for activity levels use IPAQ (International Physical Activity Quessionare) questionnaires, indexes using BMI Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. results show that 81% fall into Moderate category, Body Mass by 63% falls Normal 83% bad category. have limitations on certain education a limited number samples who perform new habits Covid-19 pandemic. real impact pandemic students, so future there needs be research can overcome namely regarding health lifestyle.

Protection measures to prevention disease impacted education and undergraduate students were exposed additional stressors.Analyze depression, anxiety stress symptoms in undergraduates, their respective predictors association with satisfaction life, psychological well-being coping strategies.An online cross-sectional study was conducted from September 14 October 19, 2020, involving enrolled 33 courses 5 public university campuses state Parana, Brazil, using: questionnaire sociodemographic, academic, effects variables; Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21); Satisfaction Life Scale (SWLS); Psychological Well-Being (PWB); BriefCOPE. convenience sample composed 1,224 participants, 18 years old or older, that completed all research instruments. Spearman correlation logistic analysis (univariate multivariate) applied collected data.Most undergraduates presented depression (60.5%), (52.5%) (57.5%). significant correlations common: negative dimensions well-being, 3 adaptive copings (active coping, planning, positive reframing); maladaptive (behavioral disengagement, denial, self-blame, self-distraction, substance use). In addition, there 7 common for stress: female; age 18-24 old; having a chronic disease; lower scores 2 (positive relations others, self-acceptance); higher (self-blame, use).The data indicate high prevalence stress, suggest may present protective during crisis.

This study aims to examine the effects of socio-economic status and physical activity on anxiety, depression, sleep quality among college students during COVID-19 pandemic, with an emphasis gender differences in these relationships. In this cross-sectional study, a total 525 participants, including 93 men 432 women from university setting were recruited. Data collected through online surveys, using standard tools, that assessed status, levels, quality. For data analysis, regression analyses conducted determine predictive power psychological outcomes. Regression analysis indicated significantly predicted anxiety (Women: β = -0.23, p < 0.001; Men: -0.21, 0.001), depression -0.25, -0.24, 0.28, 0.27, 0.001) both genders. Introduction Stress is an increasing public health issue among the student population. This stress affects their academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. As a result, we conducted systematic review meta-analysis to determine pooled prevalence associated factors of students in Ethiopia. Methods An extensive search electronic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Semantic HINARI, Science Direct, cross-referencing, manual was identify cross-sectional studies published from 1998 2024. Female gender (OR 1.82, 95% 1.57–2.12), rural resident 1.51, 1.22–1.87), living outside university dormitory 2.02, 1.34–3.05), habit alcohol consumption 1.46, 1.12–1.91), being cigarette smoker 2.36, 1.49–3.74), khat chewer 1.35, 1.02–1.80), working unfavorable environment 1.80, 1.20–2.71), having poor social support 1.93, 1.39–2.68), significantly increased risk stress.
