Currently, the world’s science learning is being affected by COVID-19 pandemic, which requires researchers to address it. Researchers’ attention and concern for theme of highly expected, as evidenced existence publications in reputable journals. The purpose this systematic literature review compare investigations research on articles published Scopus-indexed journals (published during pandemic: 2020-2022). used a “science learning” phrase search menu Scopus database 1,484 were found researchers. This study explored the provision of support to researchers with objective formulating, validating, and evaluating implementation Self-Evaluation Tool for Completed Action Research (SET-CAR) in Department Education- Region IX, Zamboanga Peninsula.
