Objetivo:
determinar

(TP)

hábitos
sueño
(HS)
en
adolescentes
chilenos,
durante

cuarentena
por
COVID-19.
Metodología:
estudio
tipo
descriptivo
correlacional
con
una
muestra
196
diferentes
regiones
Chile.
Resultados:
general,
estudiantes
más
activos
no
excedían
las
recomendaciones
TP
reportaban
valores
altos
calidad
del
puntuación
total
respecto
a
que
cumplían
ambas.
Conclusión:
indica
que,
bajo
un
contexto
cuarentena,
variables
se
ven
alteradas
género
femenino,
además,
evidencia
necesidad
analizar
monitorear
conjuntamente
NAF,
HS
para
evitar
trastornos
relacionados
salud
POST-COVID-19.

Abstract.
Objective:
to

Regular
practice

physical
activity
plays
a
fundamental
role
in
preventing
and
treating
cardiovascular
diseases
such
as
obesity,
hypertension,
diabetes,
metabolic
syndrome.
During
the
pandemic
caused
by
COVID-19
lockdown
established,
people
have
reduced
considerably
their
mobility
motor
activity,
which
has
led
to
an
increase
unhealthy
lifestyle
habits,
raising
risk
suffering
from
diseases.
This
paper
consists
reviewing
existing
scientific
literature
on
recommendations
during
establish
specific
guidelines
according
type
population
would
be
directed.
A
search
strategy
been
carried
out
different
databases:
Embase,
PubMed,
SCOPUS,
SPORTDiscus,
Web
Science
(WoS),
including
all
articles
published
until
14
May
2020,
find
essays
with
aerobic
muscle
strengthening,
flexibility-stretching,
meditation-relaxation,
balance
exercises.
The
found
evaluated
considering
following
criteria:
publication,
proposals
for
exercise,
language,
and,
if
it
appears,
volume
frequency,
intensity,
rest.
results

common

analizar

impacto

fueron

personas

mujer
51.43%)
con
una
edad

destaca

disminución
