Attachment to parental figures in emerging adults from Brazil, India, and Nigeria: Associations with anxiety and depressive symptoms

Attachment theory suggests that experiences with parents and other caregivers are relevant for psychological functioning into adulthood, especially in relation to anxiety depressive symptoms. However, this work has largely focused on Western countries often neglected relationships paternal figures. The goal of the current study was test four competing models parental figure attachment (monotropy, only one relates symptoms; hierarchical, is more strongly related independence, both attachments uniquely important different ways; integration, interactive) emerging adults from three cultures family structures. We recruited 324 Brazilian, 309 Indian, 319 Nigerian using online survey platform BeSample. The present study aims to identify the relationship between workplace spirituality, compassion, with others at work, spiritual orientation, organizational value and alignment of personal values, psychological well-being among universities’ teachers. Adolescent psychological well-being has emerged as a global concern. This cross-sectional study investigates the relationship between parental attachment and of adolescents residing in an Islamic boarding school West Java. A total 313 participants, aged 11-18, were included this supervised online survey, comprising 133 boys 180 girls. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation tests regression analysis. The findings reveal significant positive adolescents' well-being. Maternal adult attachment and mother-adolescent attachment: the chain mediating role of marital satisfaction and harsh parenting

This study explored the relationship between maternal adult attachment and mother-adolescent based on theory spillover hypothesis of family systems theory. Kajian bermatlamat mengenal pasti tahap ikatan ibu, bapa, perapatan rakan sebaya kesejahteraan awal FELDA Chini, Pahang. juga akan turut menguji hubungan antara konstruk bapa awal. Reka bentuk kajian ialah tinjauan kaedah kuantitatif. melibatkan 232 Chini secara persampelan rawak mudah. Instrumen digunakan dalam iaitu Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) Psychological Well Being (SPWB). pada sederhana (min=4.90). Korelasi (r) masing-masing berada korelasi rendah 0.174, 0.232 0.220. Keseluruhannya, membawa gambaran bahawa dapat ditingkatkan lebih baik seandainya ibu memberikan perhatian cakna kepada perkembangan Hasilnya, memahami tujuan hidup mempunyai kendiri terjamin.
