Purpose Based on theories such as knowledge management and resource base, this paper explores the effect of domain coupling R&D team innovation performance under perspective technological networks well mediating role digital transformation, further validates moderating played by organizational climate environmental turbulence. Design/methodology/approach Taking data 239 Chinese enterprises with high intensity strong ability samples, SPSS AMOS are used for empirical testing.
