Cancer-associated fibroblasts cells (CAFs) confer a rapid growth and metastasis ability of endometrial cancer (EC) via exosomes-mediated cellular communication. Long non-coding RNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1 (lncRNA NEAT1) drives the malignant phenotypes EC cells. However, role exosomal NEAT1 from CAFs in progression remains ambiguous, which needs to be investigated. In our study, YKL-40 were up-regulated, while miR-26a/b-5p was down-regulated tissues. Moreover, expression increased CAF-exosomes compared with that NF-exosomes. addition, derived could transfer promote expression. Further exploration showed enhanced regulating miR-26a/b-5p-STAT3 axis More importantly, accelerated vivo tumor miR-26a/b-5p-STAT3-YKL-40 axis. Taken together, study reveals contributes miR-26a/b-5p-mediated STAT3/YKL-40 pathway, indicates therapeutic potential for treating EC.

Abstract Altered metabolic patterns in tumor cells not only meet their own growth requirements but also shape an immunosuppressive microenvironment through multiple mechanisms. Noncoding RNAs constitute approximately 60% of the transcriptional output human and have been shown to regulate numerous cellular processes under developmental pathological conditions. Given extensive action mechanisms based on motif recognition patterns, noncoding may serve as hinges bridging activity immune responses. Indeed, recent studies that microRNAs, long circRNAs are widely involved rewiring, cell infiltration function. Molecular signaling pathways involved in cancer have been intensively studied due to their crucial role cell growth and dissemination. Among them, zinc finger E-box binding homeobox-1 (ZEB1) -2 (ZEB2) are molecules that play vital roles ensure the survival of tumor cells, particularly through enhancing proliferation, promoting migration invasion, triggering drug resistance. Importantly, ZEB proteins regulated by microRNAs (miRs). In this review, we demonstrate impact miRs on therapy, targeting proteins. MiRs able act as onco-suppressor factors inhibit malignancy cells ZEB1/2 down-regulation. This can lead an inhibition epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) mechanism, therefore reducing metastasis.
