The cornerstone of the educational system has recently been rocked by an extraordinary health crisis. It is critical to developing a sophisticated understanding students' and teachers' online learning experiences during COVID-19 epidemic, given uncertainty today. Although numerous studies have looked into this subject, more data available regarding difficulties methods teachers students use deal with them. This research aims fill gap. findings, which took qualitative approach, showed that instructors faced variety types degrees obstacles. Several studies have investigated digital learning management, but few did so, using OpenAI ChatGPT together with a systematic literature review. The research reported here, aimed to explore the current related concept, use, and impact of ChatGPT. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Preferred Reporting Items for Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methods were applied in this stages identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion assisted by Publish or Perish 7, VOSviewer 1.6.18, NVIVO 12 Plus applications. findings Scopus-indexed articles amounted 2,852 pieces which filtered into 51 according themes. analysed specified topics through application, results are presented here. indicate that management is an online-based system, e-learning, LMS, AI, activities from elementary school university. fosters academic performance, text preparation, curriculum development, compiling papers texts, answering cross-cutting problems, assisting research, educational administration, assessment tools medical education. has positive negative impacts education community must take cognisance.
