Native potato clones grown in Peru contain bioactive compounds beneficial to human health. This study aimed optimize the spray-drying nanoencapsulation of native phenolic extracts utilizing a central composite design and response surface methodology, obtaining optimal treatment an inlet temperature 120 °C airflow 141 L/h nano spray dryer B-90, which allowed maximizing yield encapsulation, antioxidant capacity (DPPH), encapsulation efficiency (EE), total compounds, flavonoids; on other hand, it minimizing hygroscopicity, water activity (Aw), moisture. Instrumental characterization nanocapsules was also carried out, observing gain lightness, reddening color, spherical nanoparticles heterogeneous size (133.09–165.13 nm) with negative ζ potential. Thermal, infrared, morphological analyses confirmed core wall materials. Furthermore, vitro release aqueous solution achieved maximum value 9.86 mg GAE/g after 12 h. Finally, obtained could be used food pharmaceutical industry.

Plants and organic foods inherently contain bioactive compounds that combat oxidative stress effectively. A pharmacological overview of the activity action active against X-ray damage is provided, along with a review chemistry, functionality, application aspects derived from natural sources may mitigate harmful effects radiation shield biological systems stress. The findings revealed antioxidants such as (lactoferrin, curcumin, melatonin, phycocyanin, saponin) phenolic in plant extracts could be preventive therapeutic agents X-ray-induced toxicity. Natural function protectants, mitigating induced by exposure. Given non-toxic nature examined this study, we suggest using them to produce nutraceutical beverage can consumed or included daily diet minimize Keywords: Active compounds, Antioxidant enzymes, Lactoferrin, Oxidative stress, Saponin, Watermelon juice

Propolis is a substance with significant anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antiviral activity, which could be used more efficiently at the nano level as an additive in food industry. The aim was to obtain characterize nanoencapsulated multi-floral propolis from agro-ecological region of Apurimac, Peru. For nanoencapsulation, 5% ethanolic extracts 0.3% gum arabic 30% maltodextrin were prepared. Then, mixtures dried by spraying 120 °C using smallest nebulizer. flavonoid content between 1.81 6.66 mg quercetin/g, phenolic compounds 1.76 6.13 GAE/g, high antioxidant capacity observed. results moisture, water bulk density, color, hygroscopicity, solubility, yield, encapsulation efficiency typical spray drying process. total organic carbon around 24%, heterogeneous spherical particles observed nanometer (between 11.1 562.6 nm), different behaviors colloidal solution, thermal gravimetric properties similar all encapsulates, FTIR EDS analysis confirmed X-ray diffraction showed amorphous characteristics obtained material; stability compound release studies indicated values 8.25-12.50 GAE/g 8 12 h, principal component that flora, altitude, climate location influenced bioactive compounds, capacity, other studied. nanoencapsulate district Huancaray one best results, allowing its future use natural ingredient functional foods. Safoof Muqliyasa (SM) is a traditional polyherbal formulation reported in the classical Unani literature to treat ulcerative condition of gastrointestinal tract; however, its efficacy has be established through scientific validation. The present study aims standardise SM and evaluate antiulcer activity indomethacin ethanol-induced peptic ulcers rats.Standardisation was carried pharmacognostical evaluation, HPTLC analysis, safety parameter evaluation. The preventive effect rat models induced by ethanol tested at dose 250, 500, or 1000 mg/kg once daily for seven consecutive days, comparison ranitidine (50 mg/kg, p.o.) as standard drug.Outcome measures were ulcer score, per cent inhibition, index. The obtained data statistically analysed using GraphPad Prism 10 software.SM standardised pharmacopoeial SOP's.In animal studies, SM-250 SM-1000 showed significant protection against indomethacin-induced ulceration rats (51.8% 52.1%, respectively) SM-500 (33.8%) while 86% protection. In model, 75.72% ulceration, none doses provides any remarkable protection.Standardised may beneficial gastric specifically co-administered with NSAIDs where long-term indication inevitable.

Background: Increased consumption of natural antioxidants found in vegetables and fruits has been linked to a lower risk disease caused by oxidative stress. Objective: The current study's focus was compare the antioxidant properties synthetic glutathione derived from spinach against CCl4-induced stress female albino rats. Materials Methods: Cold chloroform extraction used prepare leaf extract. Glutathione then extracted extract using preparative HPLC afterward when concentration measured Biological preventive therapeutic experiments were conducted, where laboratory rats divided into 6 groups, first group G1 (positive control group), second G2 (negative third G3 experiment 1 (group + CCl4), fourth G4 (Group CCl4+ spinach), fifth G5 Preventive 2 sixth G6 spinach). Results: Treatment with spinach-derived glutathione, before or after they given CCl4 subcutaneous, improved values parameters near normal levels positive animals groups treated (G3 G4) compared treatment (G5 G6). Administration milk Iraqi leaves exhibited favorable effects on stress, greatly enhanced system, protected liver damage brought carbon tetrachloride glutathione.
