Background: As alcohol consumption increases, ethanol impacts ulcers as a factor that causes stomach mucosal invasion, which leads to ulcers. Alcohol damages the through number of processes, including increased gastric secretion, release pro-inflammatory cytokines, and induces variety pathogenic events it is associated with formation ulcers. Objective: The goal this study was see if gum Arabic functional food could protect albino rats against ethanol-induced damage.Materials Methods: Six groups 30 female were formed: normal control, ulcer omeprazole + ethanol, 4, 5, 6, given GA at 7.5, 12, 25 g/ kg/ day (bw), then lab rat 5 mL/kg /day (bw) orally for days cause damage. Results: suppressed inflammation by lowering TNF-α IL-6 levels while increasing IL-10 levels. also improved HDL, total protein, albumin, globulin cholesterol, triglycerides, VLDL-C, LDL-C, phospholipids. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate plays protective role toward injury in induced turn reduced inflammatory response, significantly hemorrhagic lesions pH contents. Background: Curcumin has several health benefits due to its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, but bioavailability is very low, limiting potential. We have developed a novel curcumin formulation, TS-P1, which an 85.2-fold higher of than raw curcumin. Objective: To investigate the efficacy TS-P1 on fatigue, mood status, autonomic function. Methods: Ninety healthy Japanese adults were randomized placebo or group took either containing 150 mg for 12 weeks. Visual Analogue Scale Fatigue (VAS-F) scores, Profile Mood States Questionnaire second edition (POMS2) functions measured every 4 Results: Both groups showed improvement in VAS-F over study period, there was no significant difference between groups. However, mean change from baseline anger depression scores POMS2, particularly those aged 40 over, greater range decline at week 12. The LnLF LF/HF also decreased group. Blood pressure Conclusions: These data suggest that induced parasympathetic dominant state, important role regulation balance. weeks supplementation expected improve both status vascular Trial registration: UMIN000050377 Foundation: Theravalues Corporation Keywords: curcumin; TS-P1: Theracurmin Super; status; balance, dominance; function

Dietary spermidine is emerging as a substance with promising health-promoting and healthy ageing-promoting properties. Its autophagy-inducing potential has been especially well-documented. This process suspected to be at the root of life-prolonging effects fasting in-vivo supplementation. In humans, high dietary intake associated lifespan increase 5.7 years. Numerous studies provide indications its on cardiovascular, nervous, immune systems well formation development tumors. Nevertheless, no health claims are currently authorized in EU for or spermidine-rich functional foods. When ingested through food supplements, dosage appears play an important role replicating favorable effects. Currently, there ongoing proceedings regarding novelty certain manufacturing but many other plant extracts content from different sources marketed without need novel authorization. article discusses varying test results obtained concentration popular supplements. Soybean extract seems slightly superior terms concentration, one wheat germ-based product stood out this analysis due 10 times higher than comparable products. Keywords: spermidine, food, botanicals, foods, autophagy, germ

Background: Green manure fertilizers play a great role in increasing fertility, soil quality and nutrient supply of crops. Additionally, biofertilizers with various strains fungi increase the availability biologically active elements for plants. The combined use green biological is interest content bioactive components functional activity food. Objective: main goal research was to evaluate effectiveness plants on (total sugars, dry matter, ascorbic acid, B vitamins macro micronutrients) eggplants context food functionality. Methods: Plants from Fabaceae L. family (beans, peas, soybeans) were used as manure. experiment set up by block-randomized method 4 replications. Background: Peanuts and tree nuts contain many bioactive compounds that may provide health benefits. There is some evidence to suggest regular consumption of peanuts peanut butter improve cognitive function mood, however, there are no prior studies examining whether daily intake dry roasted, skinless improves cognition. Objective:The objective this study was determine the effect consuming 49 g/day for 12 weeks on mental health, compared a peanut-free diet, among healthy young women. Methods:This pre-post test 65 women (n = 32 in group, n 29 control group). Participants group consumed an individually portioned pack each day weeks. Cognitive assessed using CNS Vital Signs computerized neurocognitive battery. Mental Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS-42). Differences endpoints between groups were ANCOVA tests. Results:There significant difference two reaction time (6.9 points; p 0.029), with having greater increase scores. within-group processing speed, increasing scores by 6.3 points (95% CI: 2.7, 9.8). depression, anxiety, or stress Conclusion:Further research needed fully understand different types products Keywords: cognition, peanuts,
