Abstract
Small
cell
lung
cancer
(SCLC)
is
a
highly
malignant
with
poor
prognosis.
Therefore,
more
accurate
models
to
identify
high-risk
patients
are
essential
for
facilitating
personalized
management
of
SCLC.

Glutathione
synthetase
(GSS)
catalyzes
the
final
step
in
synthesis

glutathione
(GSH),

spermatocytes

and

mouse
model

deletion

Stra8-Cre
