Macrophages are the primary immune cells in tumor microenvironment, where they exhibit immunosuppressive M2 phenotype to support development. Reshaping tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) into antitumor M1 is a promising approach immunotherapy. We had previously demonstrated that high-purity homogeneous Sambucus adnata wall polysaccharide SPS-1 isolated from S. exerted good immunoregulatory effect. In present study, we explored whether can remodel TAMs and inhibit development of lung cancer. mouse model transplanted with Lewis cancer, promoted apoptosis inhibited angiogenesis tissues by remodeling microenvironment macrophages, which effective effects. Therefore, may be used as novel immunostimulator immunotherapy, our study also provides pathway material for reshaping defense prevent treat tumors.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects Phyllanthus Emblica polysaccharide (PEP) on immunomodulation and intestinal flora in cyclophosphamide (CTX)-treated female mice. results showed that PEP could directly modulate immune activity (CTX) mice by attenuating its damage spleen, thymus tissues. Meanwhile, our revealed activate TLR4-mediated MAPK NF-κB pathways promote expression cytokines such as IL-2 TNF-α, thus modulating function immunosuppressed In addition, positively correlated with properties, strongest correlation spleen index, also regulate flora, increasing content Lactobacillus Bifidobacterium. Therefore, may be a potential novel immunomodulator ameliorate CTX-induced immunosuppression dysregulation.

Polysaccharides are generally considered to have immune enhancing functions, and mulberry leaf polysaccharide is the main active substance in leaves, while there few studies on whether (MLP) has an effect immunosuppression intestinal damage caused by cyclophosphamide (CTX), we investigated MLP ameliorative CTX. A total of 210 1-day-old Mahuang cocks were selected for this experiment. Were equally divided into six groups used evaluate MLP. Our results showed that significantly enhanced growth performance chicks elevated secretion cytokines (IL-1β, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ), immunoglobulins antioxidant enzymes serum immunosuppressed chicks. It attenuated jejunal expression tight junction proteins Claudin1, Zo-1 MUC2, which protected health. activated TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB pathway TLR4, MyD88 NF-κB, served protect intestine. 16S rDNA gene high-throughput sequencing increased species richness, restored CTX-induced gut microbiome imbalance, abundance probiotic bacteria gut. improves cyclophosphamide-induced inhibition modulating flora regulation capacity. In conclusion, study provides a scientific basis as enhancer regulate chick mucosal damage.
