Background: Aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between autonomic nervous system and meibomian gland activity through pupillary diameter values. Methods: 55 volunteers aged 16-41 years participated in study. Abstract Background Melanopsin retinal ganglion cell (mRGC)‐mediated pupillary light reflex (PLR) abnormalities have been documented in several neurodegenerative disorders including Parkinson's disease. Overall, isolated rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) represents the strongest prodromal risk factor for impending α‐synucleinopathies. Objectives To quantitatively compare PLR and mRGC‐mediated contribution to 16 iRBD patients healthy controls. We introduce a lighting technology designed to produce photoreceptor-directed lights (PrD). This photoreceptor-enhanced light therapy (PELT) differs from conventional supplemental by using multiple limited-bandwidth primaries generate spectra that appear white, and are tailored circadian equivalent (CE) for selectively increasing or decreasing the relative activation levels of specific photoreceptor classes in human eye. Abstract Easily applied diagnostic tools such as digital biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease (AD) are urgently needed due to the recent approval of disease‐modifying therapies. Participants underwent qLRP at university memory clinic from August 2022 October 2023. fitted multivariable logistic regression models qLRP, sex, and age predictors evaluated area under receiver operating characteristics curve (AUROC). In total, 107 AD, 44 mixed vascular cognitive dysfunction (VCD), 53 dementia Lewy bodies (DLB), 50 healthy controls (HCs) were included. This study aimed to examine the performance of binocular chromatic pupillometry for objective and rapid detection primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), explore association between pupillary light response (PLR) features structural glaucomatous macular damage.Forty-six patients (mean age 41.00 ± 13.03 years) with POAG 23 healthy controls 42.00 11.08 were enrolled.
