Abstract Cervical cancer (CC) is a common gynecologic malignancy, accounting for significant proportion of women death worldwide. Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection one the major etiological causes leading to CC onset; however, genetic, and epigenetic factors are also responsible disease expansion. Circular RNAs (circRNAs), which known as particular subset non-coding RNA (ncRNA) superfamily, with covalently closed loop structures, have been reported be involved in progression diverse diseases, especially neoplasms. In this framework, abnormally expressed circRNAs strong correlation pathogenesis through regulating substantial signaling pathways. Also, these molecules can considered promising biomarkers therapeutic targets diagnosis/prognosis treatment, respectively. Herein, we first review key molecular mechanisms, including Wnt/β-catenin, MAPK, PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathways, well angiogenesis metastasis, by interfere development. Then, diagnostic, prognostic, potentials ncRNA will highlighted depth.

The invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer (PC) are key factors contributing to disease progression poor prognosis. This process is primarily driven by EMT, which has been the focus recent studies highlighting role long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as crucial regulators EMT. However, mechanisms lncRNAs influence invasive multifaceted, extending beyond EMT regulation alone. review aims characterize affecting in cancer. We summarize regulatory roles across multiple molecular pathways highlight their translational potential, considering implications for clinical applications diagnostics therapeutics. focuses on three principal scientific themes. First, we orchestrate various signaling pathways, such TGF-β/Smad, Wnt/β-catenin, Notch, regulate changes associated with thereby enhancing cellular motility invasivenes. Second, effects autophagy ferroptosis discuss exosomal tumor microenvironment behavior neighboring cells promote cell invasion. Third, emphasize RNA modifications (such m6A m5C methylation) stabilizing capacity mediate PC. Lastly, potential these findings, emphasizing inherent challenges using biomarkers therapeutic targets, while proposing prospective research strategies.

As the deadliest type of primary brain tumor, gliomas represent a significant worldwide health concern. Circular RNA (circRNA), unique non-coding molecule, seems to be one most alluring target molecules involved in pathophysiology many kinds cancers. CircRNAs have been identified as prospective targets and biomarkers for diagnosis treatment numerous disorders, particularly malignancies. Recent research has established clinical link between temozolomide (TMZ) resistance certain circRNA dysregulations glioma tumors. may play therapeutic role controlling or overcoming TMZ provide guidance novel kind individualized therapy. To address biological characteristics circRNAs their potential induce TMZ, this review highlighted summarized possible roles that molecular pathways drug resistance, including Ras/Raf/ERK PI3K/Akt signaling pathway metabolic processes gliomas.
