Abstract
Pyracantha
fortuneana
(
P.
)
fruit
is
a
wild
that
popular
because
of
its
delicious
taste
and
numerous
nutrients,
phenolic
compounds
are
considered
to
be
the
main
bioactive
components
in
fruits.
However,
relationship
between
their
antioxidant
tyrosinase
(TYR)
inhibitory
activities
during
ripening
process
still
unclear.

study
compared
