Método: A revisão escopo foi realizada utilizando-se da metodologia elaborada pelo Instituto Joanna Briggs (JBI) e inclui em plataformas pesquisa. Foram considerados publicados inglês, espanhol, português, utilizando um limite data 10 anos nas pesquisas, literatura cinzenta, teses dissertações. estratégia busca seguiu processo natural rastreio documentos, pesquisa feita seguintes bases dados: Periódicos CAPES, BVS, SportDiscus, Eric, Pepsic PsychINFO. usados os descritores “self-efficacy”, “self-concept”, “soccer”, “young athletes” “collective sports”. Regression analysis revealed notable association between mass measures explosive strength (countermovement jump (CMJ) p 0.023; drop (DJ) 0.026). Moreover, this study’s results showed that back extension (p 0.006; R2 0.61) hand grip 0.009; 0.52) provide strong positive with mass. findings suggest tailored training nutritional strategies improve might significantly enhance in young judokas, optimizing their performance.
