The current study aims to improve both motivational Beliefs and perceptive mental Images among university students with high academic anxiety.The sample consists of (60) male female the third year Faculty Education, they were divided into two groups, (30) experimental groups control groups.Scales built measure beliefs perceived images, as well a program based on emotional processing.ANCOVA repeated Measures ANOVA used.The Results showed that there are differences Statistically significant between mean scores in dimensional measurement each images scales their sub-dimensions favor group.There statistically group measurements (pre-post-and follow up) Sub-Dimensions post-and up measurements.While not Between means posttest test dependent variables, reflecting continuing impact training improving level these variables for even after finishing period training.The researchers discussed results light theoretical framework previous studies.

Consequently, more research been conducted on this emerging concept, emphasizing styles that promote environment so sustainable goals can be achieved. In present research, leaders' emotional intelligence (EI) is positioned as a mediating variable between GL and employees' organizational citizenship behavior (GOCB). data of comprised managerial non-managerial staff from manufacturing service industries. A PLS-SEM was used to evaluate relationship various factors among 422 employees. empirical findings indicated GOCB had favorable robust relationship. results study also suggested leader's EI mediates influence their behavior. Psychological Skill Training (PST) for optimal performance in sports has received extensive attention from athletes, coaches, and experts, numerous studies have been conducted, but despite this interest, it not the subject of any bibliographic analysis. The analysis covered 405 articles reviews that were located Thomson Reuters Web Science (Core CollectionTM) between 1992 2021. These papers published by 1048 authors 543 different universities across 54 countries 107 journals. fundamental bibliometric calculations co-word networks completed. As a result, following thematic elements grouped into four clusters: (1) PST stress, mental toughness, coping, (2) anxiety, motivation, self-confidence, self-efficacy, (3) flow mindfulness, (4) emotions. Abstract Emotional intelligence (EI) is a determinant of athletic performance. Since each sport has its own psychological requirements, individual EI dimensions could have different relevance for This study investigated variations among athletes participating in 48 sports, considering the specific emotional challenges faced by competitive sports using appraisal theory emotions. A total 605 (44.3% female) actively engaged completed Trait Intelligence Questionnaire via an online survey. Analyses variance, controlling age and gender, revealed no overall link between sports.
