How do experiences in nature or spiritual contemplation being moved by music with psychedelics promote mental and physical health? Our proposal this article is awe. To make argument, we first review recent advances the scientific study of awe, an emotion often considered ineffable beyond measurement. Awe engages five processes—shifts neurophysiology, a diminished focus on self, increased prosocial relationality, greater social integration, heightened sense meaning—that benefit well-being. We then apply model to illuminate how awe that arise nature, spirituality, music, collective movement, strengthen mind body.

Introduction Mental health disorders affect millions of people worldwide. Chatbots are a new technology that can help users with mental issues by providing innovative features. This article aimed to conduct systematic review reviews on chatbots in services and synthesized the evidence factors influencing patient engagement chatbots. Methods study reviewed literature from 2000 2024 using qualitative analysis. The authors conducted search several databases, such as PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Cochrane database reviews, identify relevant studies topic. quality selected was assessed Critical Appraisal Skills Programme appraisal checklist data obtained were subjected thematic analysis utilizing Boyatzis's code development approach. Results resulted 1494 papers, which 10 included after screening process. assessment scored papers within moderate level. revealed four main themes: chatbot design, outcomes, user perceptions, characteristics. Conclusion research proposed some ways use color music design. Overview: Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has emerged as a severely debilitating psychiatric associated with critical illness. Little progress been made in the treatment of post-intensive care unit (ICU) PTSD. Aim: To synthesize neurobiological evidence on pathophysiology PTSD and brain areas involved, to highlight potential music treat post-ICU Methods: Critical narrative review elucidate an evidence-based framework inform study interventions for post-ICU. Literature searches were performed PubMed CINAHL. The Scale Assessment Narrative Review Articles (SANRA) guided reporting. Results: A dysfunctional HPA axis feedback loop, increased amygdalic response, hippocampal atrophy, hypoactive prefrontal cortex contribute symptoms. Playing or listening can stimulate neurogenesis neuroplasticity, enhance recovery, normalize response. Additionally, supports effectiveness improve coping emotional regulation, decrease dissociation symptoms, reduce depression anxiety levels, overall severity Conclusions: Despite lack ICU survivors, help people suffering from by decreasing amygdala activity, improving function, balancing HPA-axis.

Objective: The clinical trial Effect of Modulated Auditory Stimulation on Interaural Perception (NCT0544189) aimed to determine whether an auditory intervention (AI)—“Bérard in 10”—can enhance the effect standard therapies for people with anxiety and/or depression. Methods: Design: unblinded, randomized, controlled trial. Location: Mejorada del Campo Health Centre, Madrid (Primary Care). Participants: A total 233 patients selected by systematic sampling and meeting following selection criteria: age majority, absence severe acute pathology or chronic decompensated pathology. They were evaluated Goldberg Hamilton tests classified into Emotional Well-Being group (EWB, n = 86) Anxiety Depression (AD, 147). Just half each received AI. Intervention: Listening classical music processed through a frequency modulator (Earducator) attenuate abnormal frequencies, 30 min per session, two sessions day 5 days. Main measurements: Tests Test Depression, at 3 6 months. Results: In analysis protocol, EWB AI (n 14) obtained lower scores depression months than without 36) (p < 0.05), effects being large moderate, respectively; AD 31) had 52) small. No damage reported.
