This paper proposed innovative EFDfO (Entropy Features Data Fusion Optimized) framework, a data-driven approach aimed at revolutionizing music education teaching. combines data fusion, feature extraction, and optimization techniques to customize teaching strategies individual students' unique learning profiles. Abstract This paper first introduces Bloom’s cognitive hierarchy theory of music education goal classification and revises it to construct a new version educational goal-setting system. After that, adopts multi-objective hierarchical analysis (AHP) calculate the weights objectives assessed by experts optimizes convergence AHP based on Bergh’s improved particle swarm (PSO) optimization algorithm.
