Introduction Implicit absenteeism is a growing concern among nurses, as it may reduce nursing productivity and affect the quality of services patients’ health. Abstract Background Nurses bear a lot of stressors at work. The 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) is widely used self-reported scale for measuring the global perception stress. However, there lack use PSS-10 in Chinese nurses. This study aimed to test psychometric properties among Methods A total 708 nurses completed PSS-10, Big Five Inventory (BFI), and Depression Anxiety (DASS).
