This study evaluated association Practices States, including influencing factors. utilized a descriptive-predictive research design on 350 college students in chosen University Davao Region through simple random sampling. The researchers used Shapiro-Wilk Test, which indicates normally distributed data with p <0.05. analyzed States using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, revealing significant positive correlation coefficient of r =.439 <.001, suggesting that if practices are high, is also high. Furthermore, linear regression revealed bedroom factors behaviors affect predictors contribute to students’ mood states. recommends implementing policies promote healthy campus environment, prioritizing habits for teachers, future advocate broader, longitudinal studies enhance understanding validity.

Therefore, study aims to examine the effect as an effort improve student-athletes both males females softball subject matter. Participants were from Mancak 1 junior high school (Indonesia). There 41 participants had been allocated control group (n = 21) 20). profile scale used measure level while test gross development-2 function student-athletes. Mann–Whitney U difference values for each variable. Based on results, we observed that no scores male female between at baseline (p ≥ 0.05). However, second finding found contrasting differences groups terms post-intervention stage ≤ third shows much larger size compared (full-online). Thus, emphasize is innovation classes proven be effective replacing full-online teaching.
