Sensogenomics of music and Alzheimer’s disease: An interdisciplinary view from neuroscience, transcriptomics, and epigenomics

Introduction The relationship between music and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has been approached by different disciplines, but most of our outstanding comes from neuroscience. Methods First, we systematically reviewed the state-of-the-art neuroscience cognitive sciences research on AD (>100 studies), progress made therapeutic impact stimuli in memory. Os efeitos da musicoterapia em pacientes com doença de Alzheimer

Atualmente, dentro da vasta gama de terapias alternativas aos fármacos para a doença Alzheimer (DA), musicoterapia se destaca por promover preservação habilidades não só socialização, mas também expressão, além auxiliar em quadros transtornos comportamentais, como depressão e ansiedade. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho tem, objetivo principal, elaboração uma revisão literatura que almeje tanto identificação compreensão dos efeitos terapia musical pacientes diagnosticados com DA. Isso foi realizado partir utilização estratégia PICO (acrômio Patient, Intervention, Comparation Outcome) definição seguinte questão clínica orientadora todo estudo: “A é um recurso terapêutico farmacológico eficaz no tratamento Alzheimer?”. Além disso, intuito responder esta pergunta, realizou-se levantamento bibliográfico meio buscas eletrônicas nas seguintes bases dados: Scientif Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), National of Medicine (PubMed), EbscoHost, Google Scholar Biblioteca Regional Medicina (BIREME), sendo utilizados, após etapa seleção, 23 artigos construção literária.
