мyopia is one of the most significant health problems in world, given risks complications. There a relationship between anxiety, depression, cognitive dysfunction, and formation an internal picture illness accommodation disorders. The work aimed to determine personal characteristics patients with myopia hypochondriac disorder their significance disease. 10,0% were diagnosed hypochondriacal disorder, whose personality disease studied using "Methodology multifaceted research" "Personality Questionnaire Bekhter Institute". Mathematical processing research results was carried out methods mathematical statistics. It shown that persons presented excessive number complaints about severe visual impairment, very concerned health, pessimistic, effectively rigid, had peculiar interests, communication difficulties. This led appearance mixed types attitudes toward predominance sensitive, neurasthenic, anosognosic types; which often combined other types. Understanding prevalence, etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment mental behavioral disorders will provide opportunity develop individual rehabilitation programs after surgical correction.

Myopia and its vision-threatening complications present a significant public health problem. This review aims to provide an updated overview of the multitude known emerging interventions control myopia, including their potential effect, safety, costs. A systematic literature search three databases was conducted. Interventions were grouped into four categories: environmental/behavioral (outdoor time, near work), pharmacological (e.g., atropine), optical (spectacles contact lenses), novel approaches such as red-light (RLRL) therapies. Review articles original on randomized controlled trials (RCT) selected. From initial 3224 retrieved records, 18 reviews 41 reporting results from RCTs included. While there is more evidence supporting efficacy low-dose atropine certain myopia-controlling lenses in slowing myopia progression, about newer interventions, spectacle defocus incorporated multiple segments highly aspheric lenslets) limited. Behavioral i.e., increased outdoor seem effective for preventing onset if implemented successfully schools homes. environmental spectacles are regarded generally safe, lenses, RLRL may be associated with adverse effects. All except behavioral change, tied moderate high expenditures. Our suggests that recommended prescribed basis accessibility clinical practice patterns, which vary widely around world. Clinical indicate short- medium-term reducing progression various but none have demonstrated long-term effectiveness adulthood. Abstract Purpose The purpose of this study was to compare the perception and understanding information provided by ChatGPT regarding myopia among optometry students, optometrists undertaking a Master degree practicing optometrists. Methods This cross‐sectional descriptive using structured questionnaire distributed via Wooclap 225 participants (125 21 Masters students 79 optometrists). All evaluated responses generated Version 4.0 five‐point scale: very poor, acceptable, good good. Data were analysed SPSS, applying analysis chi‐squared tests assess significance differences observed between groups. Anonymous pre-meeting preparation rounds, structured discussions for prioritisation development areas were performed. Consensus reached on three collaborate complement existing frameworks: (1) Myopia defined not only a refractive error but also disease with phenotypic features allowing risk stratification significant (2) addition preventive strategies, focus is needed preventing progression high (HM). Abstract Clinical studies have demonstrated an association between high myopia (HM) and neuropsychiatric disorders; however, the underlying mechanism of is not clear. We used whole exome sequencing (WES) in combination with Genetic Variants Classification Criteria Guidelines published by American College Medical Genetics (ACMG) bioinformatics analysis to clarify interrelationship candidate genes. Causative genes for ocular diseases (45.38%) followed disorders (22.69%) accounted highest proportion that exhibited pathogenicity HM patients were found. Four pathogenic gene mutations identified according ACMG guidelines: c.164_165insACAGCA c.C1760T POLG , c.G1291A COL5A1 c.G10242T ZNF469 . Three causative diseases, PTPRN2, PCDH15 CDH23 found fall at locus. The above results suggest these may interact diseases.
