This study, the impact of Bacillus subtilis probiotics on productivity and faecal microbial variable commercial laying hens in Indonesia was investigated. A total 100,296 aged 18 weeks a close house system were randomly allocated into two treatments with four replications per treatments. The applied T0 (control) T1 (feed probiotics). experiment involved feeding with/without strains 747 1781 (bacterial load 1.5x108 cfu/kg feed, strain ratio 1:1), collecting data egg production, weight, feed consumption, depletion from 20 to 26 weeks. Those also observed 19 as pre-treatment data. Faecal samples collected at for analysis Escherichia coli, Clostridium perfringens, lactic acid bacteria levels. results revealed that administering significantly increased daily production by 7.9% reduced 65% end treatment phase. However, probiotic supplementation did not affect intake, conversion ratio, or levels E. C. hens' faeces. These findings demonstrate potential feasibility improving health commercial-scale production. information is valuable poultry industry optimizing practices. Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders have been an important cause of poor life quality in affected populations. The unclear etiology and pathophysiological mechanism alter the clinical evolution patient. Although a strong connection with psychological stress has observed, it was not until recently that gut-brain axis involvement revealed. Furthermore, current literature only promotes modulation as therapeutical target for functional digestive disorders but also states gut microbiome main role this bi-directional mechanism. Psychiatric symptoms are currently recognized equally aspect manifestation both central nervous systems could be best approach restoring balance. As such, article proposes detailed description physiology microbiome-gut-brain axis, pathophysiology gastrointestinal psychiatric perspectives management, revealed by latest studies scientific literature.

It is well-known that the intestinal microbiota influences host's health, including activities of central nervous system. This phenomenon known as brain-gut axis. Mental and emotional disorders are now fairly widespread. Many them lifelong, medications frequently cause side effects. Not surprisingly, researchers have been drawn to study probiotic bacterial cultures an adjunct or primary therapy for psycho-emotional illnesses. There a lot evidence strains from genera Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus favorable influence on However, effect Bacillus spp. behavior not clearly known. In contrast Muc2-/-, wild type mice (Muc2+/+) normal gut barrier function, but similar their mutant siblings Muc2-/- mice. Similar sibling, Muc2+/+mice exhibit greater locomotor activity in open field light-dark tests, well decreased anxiety test, marble burying tests. The addition kanamycin-resistant strain subtilis BS20 spores diet Muc2+/+ 3 weeks at 107 CFU/g led change cytokine levels compared control C57BL/6 Furthermore, drop serotonin rise tyrosine were identified blood serum. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects dietary supplementation compound probiotics on performance, egg quality, biochemical parameters and intestinal morphology laying hens. A total 180 healthy 200-day-old Hyline Brown hens with similar initial rate (87.5% ± 0.2%) were randomly divided into control group treatment group. Each included 6 replicates each replicate 15 provided a basal diet, while received diet supplemented probiotics. experiment lasted for 52 days. indicated following outcomes: (1) (LR) average weight (AEW) in significantly higher than those ( p < 0.05), whereas feed-to-egg ratio (F/E) lower 0.05); (2) yolk (YW), shape index (ESI) albumen height (AH) eggshell percentage (EP) 0.05) after probiotics; (3) decreased cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA), immunoglobulin (IgA), G (IgG) levels serum compared CON 0.05). Additionally, protein (TP), globulin (GLB), albumin (ALB), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (4) hen diets led significant reduction crypt depth (CD) villus (V/C) jejunum In conclusion, can regulate body metabolism improve morphology, thus enhancing immune function body, which turn improves performance quality
