Male Infertility has been an issue of significant concern affecting appraised 20-30% couples worldwide. The study aims to access the hormonal and semen profile following metformin ethanolic leave extract Annona muricata (ELAM) on arsenic-induced toxicity in Wistar rats. Thirty-male rats were used study, weighing 150-170 grams, divided into six groups five each. Group A received 50 mg/kg arsenic trioxide (As2O3) only. B feed water ad libitum. Groups C D 50mg/kg As2O3 immediately treated with 30 500 ELAM. E 500mg/kg ELAM As2O3, group F As2O3. Data obtained subjected ANOVA followed by post Hoc LSD using SPSS version 25. Semen quality, Testosterone, FSH, LH levels, gonadal-somatic index analysed. Values presented as Mean±SEM considered at p<0.05. revealed a decrease D, while B, C, E, had no compared A. showed impaired sperm motility, morphology, total count significantly improved count. LH, FSH decline except for LH. increase testosterone FSH. concluded that MET quality profile, which could be reversing prevention male infecundity linked caused oxidative stress.

Cell genome integrity is continuously threatened by various sources, both endogenous and exogenous. Oxidative stress causes a multitude of damages, severely affecting cell viability, fidelity genetic information inheritance, determining profound alterations in gene expression. Epigenetics represents major form expression modulation, influencing DNA accessibility to transcription factors the overall nuclear architecture. When assessing stress-induced epigenome reprogramming, widely diffused biochemical molecular approaches commonly fail incorporate analyses such as architectural chromatin target molecules precise spatial localization. Unveiling significance response oxidative stress, well functional effects over organization, may reveal targets strategies for aiming at limiting impact on cellular stability. For these reasons, we utilized potassium bromate treatment, stressor able induce damages without altering microenvironment, hence purely modeling stress. By means high-resolution techniques, described histone epigenetic modifications organization reactive oxygen species.

Although the roles of telomeres and oxidative stress in ischaemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) are known, mechanisms telomere homeostasis their relationship with incompletely understood. We performed two RNA-seq analyses (mRNA n = 23; ncRNA 30) protein validation on left ventricles explanted hearts from ICM control subjects. observed dysregulation shelterin cohesin complexes, which was related to an increase response cellular stress. Moreover, we found alterations at mRNA level telomeric DNA repair. Specifically, increased RAD51D levels were correlated ventricular diameters. unaltered, however, inversely corelated miR-103a-3p upregulation. also overexpression lncRNAs (TERRA GUARDIN) involved protection regulatory molecules. Expression TERRA transcription factor ATF7 superoxide dismutase 1 expression The GUARDIN its FOSL2 those catalase. Therefore, showed specific repair protection, these cardiac dysfunction ICM.
