In this research, glassy carbon electrode (GCE) amplified with single-wall nanotubes (SWCNTs) and ds-DNA was fabricated utilized for voltammetric sensing of doxorubicin a low detection limit. technique, the reduction in guanine signal presence (DOX) chosen as an analytical factor. The research aimed to investigate whether the combination of L-carnitine (LC) and thymoquinone (TQ) could lower adverse effects methotrexate (MTX), a widely used chemotherapy agent in cancer therapy, on testicular function.A total seven groups were established (n=7); control group, LC (200 mg/kg PO), TQ (50 MTX (single IP dose 20 mg/kg), LC+MTX, TQ+MTX, LC+TQ+MTX.The use resulted levels testosterone, folliclestimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing (LH) blood, accompanied by significant rise MDA levels.Additionally, there was notable decline GSH, CAT, SOD, indicating reduced antioxidant activity testicles.Furthermore, histopathological examination testicles revealed disruptions caused MTX, expression caspase-3 documented.The with significantly increased FSH, LD restored oxidative damage markers (p<0.05) improved scores expression.In conclusion, our results demonstrate that exhibit substantial protective against toxicity induced primarily attributed their properties.
