Introduction: Osteoarthritis is a classical age-related disease, which affects millions of patients worldwide. To further understand the pathophysiology and to develop therapeutic strategies for this animal models play significant role. Nothobranchius furzeri an established model accelerated aging that spontaneously develops spinal deformities. Although bone properties N. are well described, characteristics intervertebral discs still unknown. The aim study was investigate healthy deformed furzeri. Material Methods: Intervertebral were investigated in 8-, 12-, 18- 21.5-week-old male fish GRZ strain. For histological evaluations decalcified, paraffin-embedded stained with (1) hematoxylin eosin, (2) toluidine blue (3) alcian blue/picrosirius red. Results: 8-week-old showed spongy-like tissue containing vacuolated notochord cells beginning formation fibrous central area. Older region peripheral region. Conclusion: Our revealed age- disease-related alterations vertebral Further studies should utility as degenerative spine diseases.

Abstract Endplate sclerosis is a notable aspect of spine degeneration or aging, but the mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we report that senescent macrophages accumulate in sclerotic endplates lumbar instability (LSI) aging male mouse model. Specifically, knockout cdkn2a (p16) abrogates LSI aging-induced angiogenesis and endplates. Furthermore, both vivo vitro studies indicate IL-10 primary elevated cytokine senescence-related secretory phenotype (SASP). Mechanistically, increases pSTAT3 endothelial cells, leading to directly binding promoters Vegfa, Mmp2, Pdgfb encourage their production, resulting angiogenesis. This study provides information on understanding link between immune senescence endplate sclerosis, which might be useful for therapeutic approaches.

Back pain in young people (14–35 years old) may have causes rooted adolescence or even earlier childhood. Diagnosis this case can present considerable difficulties for a therapist and general practitioner, since “nonspecific back pain” hide pathological conditions inherent The degree of compensation scoliosis, hereditary abnormalities the development spine, severity early degenerative processes, metabolic diseases skeleton that were not identified during school determine non-standard scope diagnostic therapeutic measures doctor.
