Abstract Background To find the factors impacting overall survival (OS) prognosis in patients with endometrioid endometrial carcinoma (EEC) and adenocarcinoma to establish a nomogram model validate 2023 International Federation of Obstetrics Gynecology (FIGO) staging system for cancer. Methods Data were obtained from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) training cohort. An independent validation cohort was First Affiliated Hospital Anhui Medical University between 2008 2023. Cox regression analysis identified prognostic OS EEC patients. A predicting developed validated utilizing C‐index, calibration curves, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) decision curve (DCA). The relationship tumor grade quantified using net reclassification improvement (NRI), propensity score matching (PSM), Kaplan–Meier curves. age, race, marital status, grade, stage, size, chemotherapy as OS. based on these factors. C‐indexes 0.743 0.720 SEER set external set, respectively. area under ROC (AUC) 0.755, 0.757, 0.741 data subsets 0.844, 0.719, subsets. Calibration plots showed high concordance nomogram‐predicted observed DCA also demonstrated clinical utility nomogram. NRI, PSM, analyses revealed that most important histopathological factor prognosis. Conclusion Seven variables identified. established has good predictive ability validates cancer FIGO system.

Background and Clinical Significance: This study presents a case of 43-year-old female with long history infertility, treated for uterine leiomyoma endometrial hyperplasia, over total observation period 42 months. Case Presentation: Levonorgestrel intrauterine device (LNG-IUD) therapy, as first subsequent line treatment, was introduced. The patient also received medroxyprogesterone acetate oral treatment. Finally, she underwent surgery an ovarian tumor that appeared to be adenocarcinoma concurrent cancer. After the removal reproductive organ, diagnosed synchronous low-grade endometrioid in endometrium grade 2 (G2) left ovary. Conclusions: prognosis further management largely depend on whether these are two individual neoplasms or one metastatic tumor. Considering young age patients, early disease stage, low both cancers, favorable prognosis, most cancers identified independent primary tumors. diagnosis multi-focal neoplasm is important, patients cancer metastasis, 5-year survival rate 30–40%, whereas neoplasms, it 75–80%.

Objective Understanding the mechanisms underlying endometrial cancer progression is crucial for development of effective targeted therapies. In this study, we investigated role MTFR2 in cell. Methods The expression was analyzed using Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) dataset and detected tissues cells, respectively. Gain-of-function loss-of-function approaches were utilized to investigate impact on cell proliferation tumorigenesis both vitro vivo settings. Computational tools employed predict microRNAs (miRNAs) that potentially regulate MTFR2, these predictions experimentally validated. Results enhanced carcinoma, it positively correlated with poor prognosis patients. Functional studies show promoted proliferation, migration invasion cells. Bioinformatics analysis luciferase assays identified a potential target miR-132-3p, transfection miR-132-3p mimics attenuated MTFR2-induced activation PI3K/Akt pathway. Conclusion Our findings highlight critical promoting growth through miR-132-3p/PI3K/Akt signaling Targeting axis may offer therapeutic strategies treatment.
