Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading public health concern due to its incidence and high mortality rates, highlighting the requirement of an early diagnosis. Evaluation circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) might constitute noninvasive reliable approach for CRC detection patient follow-up because EVs display molecular features cells they originate. are released by almost all cell types mainly categorized as exosomes originating from exocytosis intraluminal multivesicular bodies, ectosomes resulting outward budding plasma membrane apoptotic bodies’ ensuing shrinkage. These play critical role in intercellular communications during physiological pathological processes. They facilitate progression premetastatic niche formation, enable transfer chemotherapy resistance sensitive through local or remote delivery their lipid, nucleic acid protein content. In the intricate field of cancer biology, researchers are increasingly intrigued by emerging role exosomal long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) due to their multifaceted interactions, complex modulation mechanisms, and potential therapeutic applications. These lncRNAs, carried within extracellular vesicles, play a vital partin tumorigenesis disease progression facilitating communication networks between tumor cells local microenvironment, making them an ideal candidates for use in liquid biopsy approach. However, lncRNAs remain understudied area, especially biology. Therefore this review aims comprehensively explore dynamic interplay various cellular components, including interactions with tumor-stroma, immune modulation, drug resistance mechanisms. Understanding regulatory functions these processes can potentially unveil novel diagnostic markers targets cancer. Additionally, emergence RNA-based therapeutics presents exciting opportunities targeting offering innovative strategies combat improve treatment outcomes. Thus, provides insights into current understanding highlighting crucial roles, evolving landscape interventions. Furthermore, we have also discussed advantage exosomes as carriers development personalized targeted therapy patients.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in breast cancer progression, but the function of lncRNAs regulating tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) remains unclear. As carriers lncRNAs, exosomes as mediators communication between cells and tumor microenvironment. In this study, we found that lncRNA HAGLROS was highly expressed tissues plasma exosomes, its high expression related to poor prognosis patients. Functionally, cell-derived exosomal promotes cell proliferation, migration, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process angiogenesis by inducing TAM/M2 polarization. Mechanistically, competitively binds miR-135-3p prevent degradation target gene COL10A1. Collectively, these results indicated HAGLROS/miR-135b-3p/COL10A1 axis promoted revealed interactive mechanism TAMs, suggesting may be a potential biomarker therapeutic for cancer.

The contents exosomes can be incorporated into the tissue in which they introduced, presents unique therapeutic option. Aims have been investigated as treatment for number medical ailments, but literature supporting these indications is inconclusive. In addition, much study on and their uses has recently completed. Thus, this review summarizes efficacy implications different dermatologic conditions. Methods A surrounding use multiple dermatological conditions was conducted. Additionally, we present numerous practical cases patients had treated with exosomes. Results Overall, success treating demonstrated varying literature, preliminary evidence generally positive. patient also showed satisfactory clinical outcomes further studies will necessary to fully characterize ideal modalities application, including formulation, mode distribution, frequency treatment. Conclusions may serve an effective option wound healing, reconstruction skin flaps, radiation dermatitis, acne vulgaris, psoriasis, atopic allergic contact lichen simplex chronicus, vulvar sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vitiligo although additional needed confirm safety.
