PRF promotes vascular regeneration, proliferation migration osteoblast-related cells such as mesenchymal cells, osteoblasts, osteoclasts while having certain immunomodulatory anti-bacterial effects. has excellent osteogenic potential been widely used in field bone tissue engineering dentistry. However, there are still some limitations PRF, improvement biological properties is one most important issues to be solved. Therefore, it often combined scaffolds enhance mechanical delay degradation. Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of calcium carbonate nanoparticles (CCNPs) induce new bone formation in a critical size segmental defect rabbit’s radius when used alone, combined with silver (AgNPs) as paste, or composite containing CCNPs, AgNPs, and advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF). Thirty-six adult apparently healthy male New Zealand White rabbits aging from 5 6 months weighting 3.5 ± 0.5 kg were used. The animals divided into four groups; control group, CCNPs CCNPs/AgNPs paste CCNPs/AgNPs/A-PRF group. investigated at 4, 8, 12 weeks post-implantation which healing was evaluated using computed tomographic (CT) histopathological evaluation. results revealed that has superior effect regarding amount quality newly formed compared alone. In conclusion, addition AgNPs and/or A-PRF reduced its resorption rate improved osteogenic osteoinductive properties.

Indeed, system considerable impact health diseases, as well formation during grafts its stability over time. Chronic inflammation induces excessive production oxidants. An imbalance levels oxidants antioxidants is called oxidative stress. This physio-pathological state causes both molecular cellular damage, which leads to DNA alterations, genetic mutations cell apoptosis, thus, impaired immunity followed by delayed or compromised wound healing. Oxidative stress experienced body affect regeneration maintenance around teeth dental implants. As remodeling are interconnected, loss consequence dysregulation. Therefore, oral tissue deficiencies such periodontitis peri-implantitis should be regarded diseases. Bone management strategies include biological surgical solutions. These protocols tend improve through antioxidant enhance prevent loss. narrative review aims highlight relationship inflammation, oxidation, in cavity. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and Enamel Matrix Derivatives (EMD) can support the local regenerative events in periodontal defects. There is reason to suggest that PRF EMD exert part of their activity by targeting blood-derived cells accumulating early wound healing blastema. However, impact on blood cell response remains be discovered. To this aim, we have exposed human peripheral mononucleated (PBMCs) lysates prepared a swing-out rotor EMD, followed bulk RNA sequencing. A total 111 8 genes are up- down-regulated under premise an at least log2 two-fold change minus log10 significance level two, respectively. Representative characteristic IFN indicated various leukocyte antigens (HLA-DPA1, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQA2, HLA-DRA, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB5), gamma Fc receptors (FCGR1A, FCGR1B, FCGR3B), chemokines (CXCL9-11), calprotectin (S100A8/9 S100A12), complement (C1QA/B, C2) interferon-induced guanylate-binding proteins (GBP1, GBP5).
