Este trabajo se enfoca en investigar y diseñar una estrategia para mejorar el clima laboral la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo, con finalidad de incrementar satisfacción productividad los trabajadores. A través investigación exploratoria cuantitativa, aplicaron encuestas llevaron a cabo entrevistas evaluar ambiente actual. La metodología empleada también incluyó revisión bibliográfica relevante. Los resultados revelaron varios factores que afectan negativamente laboral, como falta comunicación efectiva, insuficiente reconocimiento, escasez oportunidades desarrollo profesional sobrecarga trabajo. Sin embargo, detectó actitud positiva trabajadores hacia institución, indicando un potencial laboral. Floristic Composition, Structure, and Aboveground Biomass of the Moraceae Family in an Evergreen Andean Amazon Forest, Ecuador

Botanical Collection Patterns and Conservation Categories of the Most Traded Timber Species from the Ecuadorian Amazon: The Role of Protected Areas

The Ecuadorian Amazon is home to a rich biodiversity of woody plant species. Nonetheless, their conservation remains difficult, as some areas remain poorly explored and lack georeferenced records. Therefore, the current study aims predominantly analyze collection patterns timber species in lowlands Ecuador evaluate coverage these protected areas. Tree Vegetation Diversity In The Natural Reserve Of Jagat Mountain Sumedang

Mount Jagat is a 133.64-hectare nature reserve area that directly adjacent to the village and community agricultural land. The designation management of reserves aim conserve biodiversity, prevent species extinction, protect forest as life-support system, sustainably utilize biodiversity. threats posed by anthropogenic activities in indicate need for an inventory analysis diversity, especially tree vegetation, first step conservation. Data collection was carried out using nested quadrats which were placed systematically based on Land Mapping Unit (LMU). 20 m x trees, 10 poles, 5 saplings, 2 seedlings. data then analyzed Family Importance Value (FIV), Index (IVI), Shannon's Diversity (H'), global conservation status International Union Conservation Nature (IUCN). There are 78 from 32 families found study area. results showed highest FIV trees Moraceae family, 15.43%. polishes saplings family Euphorbiaceae with 20.65% 23.60% respectively. at seedlings level Lauraceae 28.47%. Two had IVI above 10% almost every growth stage, namely Machilus rimosa (Blume) Blume. Orophea hexandra tree, pole, sapling, seedling levels. H' values stages growth, polishing, 1.71, 1.63, 1.47, 1.39, respectively, included moderate diversity category. Globally, there categorized vulnerable (VU) 1 near threatened (NT) IUCN data.
