The global demand for macrofungi is driven by their rich content of biologically active substances and trends such as the need natural medicines, growing popularity vegan diets, increased consumer interest in therapeutic prophylactic dietary supplements, expanding use fungi food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industries. aim this study was to investigate effect composition a supplement based on mixture macrofungal mycelium total phenolic antioxidant activity supplement. Fomitopsis pinicola, Pleurotus ostreatus Trametes versicolor were obtained through controlled submerged static cultivation suitable media. powdered mycelia F. P. ostreatus, T. versicolor, which are cubic plate-shaped conglomerates with rounded edges, translucent, smooth surface, mixed excipients granulated. Pharmacotechnological characteristics compressibility, powder flowability, moisture content, well dosage uniformity disintegration time hard capsules significantly varied depending granulate composition. each mixture, selected granulates, determined. Differences insignificant. Determination these parameters pharmacotechnological granulates allowed identification most excipients: lactose monohydrate (5%), mannitol:microcrystalline cellulose 101 ratio 2:1 (10%), sodium croscarmellose (1%), 0.7% solution carboxymethyl (4%). This contains 29.83 ± 0.49 mg GAE/g can neutralize DPPH free radical scavenging 86.53 0.62%. results confirm prospects using promising raw material development new activity.

Cordyceps militaris is a medicinal mushroom widely utilized in traditional East Asian medicine, recognized for its diverse therapeutic properties. This review explores the potential of C. militaris-derived bioactive gels applications dermatology and skincare, with particular focus on their anti-aging benefits. In response to rising incidence skin cancers growing demand natural ingredients, has emerged as valuable source functional compounds, including cordycepin, polysaccharides, adenosine. These compounds exhibit multiple bioactivities, apoptosis induction, cell cycle arrest, anti-inflammatory effects, which have been shown be particularly effective against melanoma other cancers. Additionally, antioxidant properties enhance resilience by scavenging reactive oxygen species, reducing oxidative stress, promoting collagen synthesis, thereby addressing health requirements. The incorporating into gel-based formulations skincare also examined, either standalone bioactives or combination synergistic ingredients. Emphasis placed necessity clinical trials standardization establish safety, efficacy, reproducibility such applications. By providing safer alternative synthetic agents, represent promising advancement skincare.

Fomitopsis pinicola is one of the most common fungi found in temperate zone Europe, widely distributed spread Asia and North America. Fungus has a wide range therapeutic activity: antitumor, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antifungal, hepatoprotective, hemostatic action. A number studies have confirmed significant antioxidant activity F. fruiting bodies. However, controlled cultivation conditions that influence fungal growth metabolite production pinicola, particularly mycelial biosynthesis metabolites its culture broth, as well mycelium, remain poorly understood.
