Background: Specific diagnostic markers for congenital pulmonary airway malformations (CPAMs) have not yet been discovered. This study intends to detect differentially expressed miRNAs in type I and II CPAMs by using a miRNA chip clarify the feasibility of as different CPAM typing markers. Methods: Lung tissues were collected used assess after evaluation hematoxylin-eosin staining Masson staining. Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction fluorescence situ hybridization verify quality chip. The function pathways related analyzed Gene Ontology Enrichment (GO) analysis Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analysis, respectively. Targets predicted targetscan7.1 mirdbV6 network between mRNA was established Cystoscope software. Results: In total, 394/34 upregulated 321/72 downregulated found CPAMs, GO KEGG showed that are involved regulation CPAM, including platelet activation, Ras, MAPK, FoxO, PI3K-Akt signaling pathways. miRNA-mRNA confirmed four major miR-4731-5p complexin 2, miR-3150a-3p vesicle amine transport 1, miR-32-5p F-box WD repeat domain containing 7, miR-454-3p SLAIN motif family member 1. ABSTRACT Background Inflammation, often caused by various stimuli, is a common response to tissue homeostasis disruptions and considered key driver of many pathological conditions. MicroRNA‐144 (miR‐144) has emerged as critical regulator in inflammatory diseases, with its dysregulation implicated Understanding role mechanisms essential for developing therapeutic strategies. Objective This article aimed evaluate the miR‐144 diseases through literature review. Methods Electronic databases including PubMed, Web Science, Springer Link, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database, Wanfang Data were searched relevant literature. The following keywords used combined differently according rules databases: “miR‐144,” “inflammation,” “inflammatory,” “immune response.” Studies investigating context inflammation included. extracted assess miR‐144's expression patterns association disease severity outcomes. Results was found be differentially expressed range sepsis, infectious respiratory cardiovascular digestive neuropsychiatric arthritis, pregnancy complications. varied depending on disease, both upregulation downregulation observed. modulation responses direct indirect targeting proteins pathways. review also highlighted potential diagnostic prognostic biomarker. Conclusion plays significant pathogenesis holds promise Its regulatory offer insights into processes may guide future However, further clinical studies are needed validate utility biomarker explore setting.

For more than two decades, the view of roles non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) has been radically changing. These RNA molecules that are transcribed from our genome do not have capacity to encode proteins, but critical regulators gene expression at different levels. Our knowledge is constantly enriched by new reports revealing role these molecular players in development many pathological conditions, including cancer. One ncRNA classes includes short called microRNAs (miRNAs), which involved post-transcriptional control affecting various cellular processes. The aberrant miRNAs with oncogenic and tumor-suppressive function associated cancer initiation, promotion, malignant transformation, progression metastasis. Oncogenic miRNAs, also known as oncomirs, mediate downregulation tumor-suppressor genes their upregulated Nowadays, show promising application diagnosis, prediction, disease monitoring therapy response. review presents a current miR-1290 emphasis on its properties biomarker clinical medicine.

The aggressiveness of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is primarily due to lack effective early detection biomarkers. Circulating non-coding RNAs serve as diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers in multiple types cancer. Comparison their expression between diseased tissue and relevant body fluids such saliva, urine, bile, juice, blood etc. may reveal mechanistic involvement common RNAs. piwi-interacting (piRNAs) are a class aim the present study was investigate plasma tumour piRNA changes patients with cancer (PC) explore possible role tumorigenesis inflammation. Sequencing circulating small from PC chronic pancreatitis (CP) performed differentially expressed piRNAs were compared those tissues.
