The
object
of
this
study
is

Therapy
(CBT)
intervention

Abstract
Digital
disconnection
has
emerged
as
a
concept
describing
the
actions
people
take
to
limit
their
digital
connectivity
enhance
well-being.
To
date,

With
the
increase
in
number
of
internet
users,
problems
associated
with
excessive
use
have
become
increasingly
obvious.
Exercise
as
an
alternative
or
auxiliary
intervention
for
addiction
has
drawn
much
attention
recently,
but
its
neurobiological
mechanisms
are
not
completely
understood.
Here
we
reviewed
exercise-based
interventions
against
by
searching
research
literature
such
keywords
"exercise",
"internet
addiction","
hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal
axis",
"neurotrophin",
and
"dopamine".
This
review
summarizes
advances
our
understanding
processes
through
which
exercise
can
reduce
addiction,
