Tobacco and nicotine derivatives uses are multiple in nature. These include conventional cigarettes (CCs), heated tobacco products (HTPs), electronic (ECs). This study aims to determine the practices, dependency profile, association with exhaled carbon monoxide (eCO) level, pulmonary function (PF) among adult product users non-smokers. cross-sectional involved smokers, users, non-smokers from two public health facilities Kuala Lumpur December 2021 April 2022. Data on socio-demography, smoking anthropometry, eCO monitor, spirometer measurements were recorded. Out of 657 respondents, 52.1% non-smokers, 48.3% CC only poly-users (PUs) (27.3%), EC-only (20.9%), HTP-only (3.5%). EC use was prevalent younger aged, tertiary educated, females; HTP those an older age common lower educated males.
