Modern workplaces are in need of a nuanced understanding diverse leadership styles to effectively address their unique challenges and opportunities. This implies that the study laissez-faire holds significant value as it provides comprehensive insight into styles, practical applications, impact on individuals, teams, organizations. Leaders well-versed hands-off approach can strategically use harmonize with goals characteristics team members Therefore, this research aimed provide systematic thorough analysis global trends leadership, specifically focusing style, through bibliometric approach. The Scopus database was adopted analyze categorize all open-access English literature published from 1993 2023. VOSviewer software also used for graphical mapping scientific landscape. Out 552 documents related 85 were selected in-depth comprehensively assess current state anticipate future trends. results showed upward trajectory literature, indicating had profound effects organizations members. On one hand, enhanced job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement, motivation, rewards, employee well-being. Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in the workplace by freeing up hands and brains of employees. According to affective events theory (AET), this research assumes that AI can mitigate negative effects compulsory citizenship behaviour (CCB). From mixed-method study involving both survey (targeting 246 Chinese employees) interviews (with further 20 employees from China), results indicate CCB increase employees' anger hostility ultimately negatively affect innovative behaviour. However, usage is shown have capacity such adverse effects. This offers theoretical practical insights for research.

Целью данной статьи является обзор значимых зарубежных исследований, раскрывающих взаимосвязь уровня развития и особенностей организационной культуры рисков проявления контрпродуктивного поведения сотрудников полиции. Отмечается, что исследования, посвященные предикторам в служебных коллективах полиции возможным мерам по его предотвращению, единичны разрозненны, а результаты противоречивы. Приведенный исследований призван способствовать формированию новой исследовательской повестки. Обсуждается расширение круга области организационного полицейских подразделений, может дать более глубокое понимание отдельных факторов, влияющих на него среде. Показано значение стиля руководства как предиктора среди Рассмотрена посредническая роль эмоционального выгорания формировании контрпродуктивных намерений При прогнозировании подразделениях рекомендовано учитывать такие организационные аспекты, взаимоотношения коллег работе (включая руководителей), контроль, конституционализм баланс между работой личной жизнью. Umræða um kulnun og aukið álag í starfsumhverfi fólks hefur aukist mjög hérlendis síðustu ár eins víða erlendis. Í rannsóknum sjónum verið beint að einstökum starfsstéttum umönnunar- þjónustustörfum, eða þar sem unnið er með fólk, gjarnan rakin til viðvarandi álags starfi ekki náðst stjórna. Starfstengd einskorðast þó við slík störf mætti beina líka jákvæðum starfstengdum viðhorfum starfsfólks væntum afleiðingum fyrir vinnustaði hegðun starfsfólks. Markmiðið hér varpa ljósi á jákvæð starfstengd viðhorf geta verndað starfsfólk gegn starfi, afleiðingar kulnunareinkenna fjölbreyttum störfum starfsgreinum landi. Notað var almenna mælitæki Maslach Burnout Inventory mælir svokallað tilfinningaþrot. Gagna aflað rafrænt meðal 898 starfsmanna ólíkum alls 32 skipulagsheildum haustið 2019 svarhlutfallið 47%. Niðurstöður sýna neikvæð tengsl starfsánægju, sanngirni trausts kulnun. Það gefur vísbendingu starfsánægja upplifun trausti vinnustað geti kulnunareinkennum. jafnframt kulnunar hollustu af hálfu aukin áform starfslok. rannsóknarinnar veita innsýn jákvæðra viðhorfa mögulegar neikvæðar skipulagsheildir. eru því framlag þekkingar sviði fjölbreytts hóps auk þess nýst stjórnendum öðrum starfa mannauðsmála markvissri viðleitni forvörnum vinnustöðum.
