Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a biological therapy in which one of the mechanisms action stimulation processes such as cell proliferation. The size PRP's effect depends on multiple factors, most important being composition PRP. aim this study was to analyze relationship between proliferation and levels certain growth factors (IGF-1, HGF, PDGF, TGF-β VEG) First, PRP versus platelet-poor (PPP) were compared. Subsequently, correlation each factor evaluated. Cell higher cells incubated with lysates derived from compared those cultured PPP. In terms composition, TGF-β, VEGF significantly When analyzing IGF-1 only that correlated Of analyzed, level did not correlate platelet levels. magnitude count but also other platelet-independent molecules.

Abstract As a high‐risk trauma, deep burns are always hindered in their repair process by decreased tissue regeneration capacity and persistent infections. In this study, we developed simultaneous strategy for burn wounds treatment using functional nanovesicles with antibacterial remodeling properties, delivered via click‐chemistry hydrogel. An aggregation‐induced emission photosensitizer of 4‐(2‐(5‐(4‐(diphenylamino)phenyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)vinyl)‐1‐(2‐hydroxyethyl) pyridin‐1‐ium bromide (THB) excellent photodynamic properties was first prepared, then combined readily accessible adipose stem cells‐derived to generate the THB functionalized (THB@ANVs). The THB@ANVs showed strong activity against Gram‐positive bacteria (up 100% killing rate), also beneficial effects on remodeling, including promoting cell migration, proliferation, regulating immunity. addition, prepared click‐hydrogel carboxymethyl chitosan effective delivery wounds. This hydrogel could be injected conform wound morphology while responding acidic microenvironment. vivo evaluations healing revealed that dressing efficiently accelerated second‐degree reducing bacterial growth, inflammation, early angiogenesis, collagen deposition. study provides promising candidate diverse functions repair.
