Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common disabling neurological disease characterized by chronic inflammation and neuronal cell viability impairment. Based on previous studies reporting that adiponectin exhibits neuroprotective effects in some models of neurodegenerative diseases, we analyzed AdipoRon treatment, alone or combination with cerebrospinal fluid patients MS (MS-CSF), to verify whether this adipokine acts basal cellular processes. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disorder of the central nervous system (CNS) associated with significant progressive neurodegeneration. There lot interest in use plant-based essential oils traditional medicine to treat and prevent human illnesses, including MS. This research aimed assess neuroprotective effects green tea oil (GTO) pumpkin (PO) against myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-induced MS Wistar rats as well investigate underlying molecular mechanisms. The were divided into four groups: group 1, normal control; 2, MOG-injected; groups 3 4, MOG-injected treated 5 ml/kg body weight each GTO PO, respectively. chemical profiles components within PO identified using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Abstract Background Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disorder of the central nervous system, marked by inflammation, demyelination, and neurodegeneration.
