For the first time, based on expression analysis of a wide range pro- and anti-fibrotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic genes, key markers endoplasmic reticulum stress (ER-stress), molecular mechanisms for regulation fibrosis, accompanying negative processes caused by thioacetamide (TAA) injections subsequent selenium-containing nanoparticles sorafenib have been proposed. We found that selenium two types (doped with without sorafenib) led to significant decrease in almost all pro-fibrotic pro-inflammatory genes. Sorafenib also reduced mRNA genes but less effectively than both nanoparticles. In addition, it was shown time TAA can be an inducer ER-stress, most likely activating IRE1α PERK signaling pathways UPR, apoptosis pyroptosis. Sorafenib, despite pronounced effect, still did not reduce caspase-3 12 or mitogen-activated kinase JNK1 control values, which increases risk persistent liver cells. After nanoparticles, effects were leveled, causing adaptive UPR response through activation pathway.
