(IBD),

associated

dysbiosis,
leading
to
inflammation
in
the
gastrointestinal
tract
(GIT)

manifestations.
The
pathogenesis

cancer
(CRC),

malignancies.
In

CRC,

interplay

gut
microbiota

Abstract
The
circadian
clock
orchestrates

physiological

dysregulation
implicated
in
various
pathologies.
Assessing
human
status
via
the
measurement
of
rhythms

crucial
for
health
management

disease
treatment.
Saliva
provides
a
non-invasive
means
such
analysis.
In
this
study,
we
examined

parameters
21
healthy
individuals
(
n
=
4
–
19
per
experiment),
assessing
different
data
types,
including
saliva
gene
expression
our
TimeTeller
®
methodology,
hormone
levels,
cell
composition,
self-assessment
tests

evaluation.

substantial

variability
profiles

observed,
