Abstract
Because
the
oral
and
maxillofacial
areas
are
adjacent
to
important
organs
such
as
brain
eyes
contain
a
rich
network
of
nerves
blood
vessels,
this
poses
great
challenge
for
surgery
areas.
Traditional
treatment
protocols
rely
excessively
on
physician's
clinical
experience
imagination
preoperative
planning
do
not
provide
intuitive
reliable
intraoperative
guidance
physician
during
surgery.
With
rapid
development
medical
imaging
technology,
computer-aided
dynamic
navigation
(CADIN)
has
been
introduced
into
field
its
ability
accurately
locate
key
anatomical
structures
intraoperatively
surgeon
with
safe
surgical
boundary
in
real
time.
However,
vast
majority
surgeries
still
dominated
by
traditional
methods
without

исследования.

клиническом
примере
продемонстрировать
возможности
разработанного
программного
средства
на
основе
нейронной
сети
использованием
выходных
данных
МСКТв
формате
DICOM
в
реконструктивной
краниофациальной
области.
Материалы
методы.
В
представленном
материале
описывается
клинический
случай
пациента
последствиями
сочетанной
черепно-челюстно-лицевой
травмы.
