Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) constitutes nearly half of cases end stage renal disease. Abstract We have developed a digital twin-based CKD identification and prediction model that leverages generalized metabolic fluxes (GMF) for patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). GMF twins utilized basic clinical physiological biomarkers as inputs of CKD. employed four diverse multi-ethnic cohorts ( n = 7072): Singaporean cohort (EVAS, 289) North American (NHANES, 1044) baseline identification, two multi-center (CDMD, 2119 SDR, 3627) 3-year risk stratification. subsequently conducted comprehensive study utilizing single dataset to evaluate the utility prediction.
