Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second most common cause of death in world. Both modifiable and nonmodifiable risk factors play a significant role pathogenesis this tumor. The diagnosis usually made late due to limitations screening tests; therefore, scientists are looking for new diagnostic tools such as gene or miRNA expression different proteins' concentrations, e.g., vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family members. VEGF (VEGF-A, VEGF-B, VEGF-C, VEGF-D PlGF) plays key processes blood vessel formation embryonic development well pathological angiogenesis lymphangiogenesis, which allow tumor grow exponentially. Blockage VEGF-related pathways seems be valid therapeutic target. It was suggested recent studies, that besides already used drugs, bevacizumab, there other agents with potential usefulness anticancer activity miRNAs, TMEA, granzyme K, baicalein arginine. Moreover, proteins were assessed induce anti-apoptotic BCL-2 BAX. Therefore, investigations concerning members, not only but also therapy CRC, order fully elucidate their carcinogenesis, extremely important.

Abstract Colorectal cancer, the third most prevalent cancer globally, contributes significantly to mortality rates, with over 1.9 million reported cases and nearly 935,000 fatalities annually. Surgical resection is a primary approach for localized colorectal tumors, adjunct therapies like chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted/immunotherapy considered depending on tumor stage. However, despite preferences targeted immunotherapy post-surgery, chemotherapy remains commonly chosen due its lower cost high cancer-killing efficiency. Yet, faces issues such as resistance severe side effects. Nanotechnology has emerged in therapy by alleviating drawbacks of current treatment approaches. In past few decades, inorganic nanoparticles have shown promise combating offering advantages conventional chemotherapy. Compared organic nanoparticles, exhibit properties photosensitivity, conductivity, magnetic allure, thermal proficiency, allowing them function both drug carriers therapeutic agents. Derived primarily from carbon, silica, metals, metal oxides, they offer superior drug-loading capacity, heightened quantum yield, participation advanced photothermal photodynamic therapies. Today, cancer treatment is an important issue in the medical world due to challenges and side effects of ongoing procedures. Current methods can be replaced with targeted nano-drug delivery systems overcome such effects. In present work, intelligent nano-system consisting Chitosan (Ch)/Gamma alumina (γAl)/Fe3O4 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) was synthesized designed for first time order influence Michigan Cancer Foundation-7 (MCF-7) cell line breast cancer. Physico-chemical characterization nanocarriers carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM analysis revealed smooth homogeneous spherical nanoparticles. The high stability nanoparticles their narrow size distribution confirmed by DLS. results loading study demonstrated that these nano-systems cause controlled, stable, pH-sensitive release cancerous environments inactive targeting mechanism. Finally, MTT flow cytometry tests indicated this increased rate apoptosis induction on masses could effective alternative current treatments.
